Around 2:30pm yesterday, Tuesday 9 December, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Lennox Head.
A man in his 50s sustained multiple injuries in a bicycle accident with a motor vehicle.
The patient was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
