A woman in her thirties was airlifted to hospital with head injuries after a bicycle accident at Ballina on Saturday, emergency services said.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter staff said crew responded to reports of the incident around 6:15pm, Saturday 28 February.
Paramedics treated the woman on scene before she was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital.
