Free bus services will operate across Byron Shire this Easter long weekend, say Byron Shire Council. They said in a media release it will ‘support a region-wide program of live music, markets and events following the cancellation of Bluesfest’.
‘Major venues including Hotel Brunswick, The Northern and The Beach Hotel as well as many smaller venues, will host multi-day lineups featuring artists originally scheduled for Bluesfest alongside local acts, with performances taking place right across the long weekend’.
Council say on their website, ‘CDC NSW bus services will run from Friday 3 April through to Sunday 5 April’.
‘Buses will start from 1pm all the way through to 2am. Services include:
- Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads & Mullumbimby to Byron Bay
- Cavanbah Centre to Byron Bay
- Bangalow to Byron Bay, via the Cavanbah Centre.
