Marine Rescue Ballina crew members William (Bill) Ewen and Frank Petsch have been remembered with a floral tribute by Commissioner Todd Andrews, Unit Commander Peter Hill, Emergency Services Minister Jihad Dib and Member for Richmond, Justine Elliot.
The two died after attempting to rescue crew aboard a yacht at the Ballina Bar last week. One of the sailors aboard the yacht also died.
