Multi-dwellings comprising six, two storey, three bedroom detached dwellings and six swimming pools is being proposed across 18, 20 and 22 Autumn Crt, in West Byron.
According to Byron Council’s DA tracker, DA 10.2026.142.1 comes in at $5,592,527.
The engineering assessment says ‘The site measures approximately 1,618m2 in plan and combines three lots within Stage 1B of the Harvest Estate Development’.
Flood prone
‘It is noted that the site is partially located within an area mapped as flood prone. However, the following has been taken into consideration:
Current flood mapping by Council predates site specific modelling undertaken as part of the Harvest Estate Development; Flood mapping predates filling of the site; and the site is fully positioned above the flood planning level closest to the site.
‘Accordingly, flood immunity is not considered further as part of this assessment.’
