The United Shores, U10 Crocs soccer team enjoyed a fantastic day of football at the 2026 Richmond Rovers MiniRoos Gala Day, held on Sunday, 28 June, at Neilson Park, East Lismore. The event brought together young footballers aged five to 11 from clubs across the region, celebrating grassroots soccer in a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment.
The Crocs were in outstanding form throughout the day, winning all three of their matches.
From the opening whistle to the final game, the team displayed excellent teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. Every player contributed, whether it was making important tackles, creating scoring opportunities, or encouraging teammates on and off the field. Their willingness to work together and support one another was the key to their undefeated performance.
Confidence and fun
The players demonstrated how much they have grown throughout the season, showing confidence with the ball, smart decision-making, and a positive attitude in every game. Their effort and enthusiasm were matched by the wonderful support from families and friends who cheered them on from the sidelines.
A special thank you goes to the Crocs’ coaches Nick and Heny for their dedication, encouragement, and commitment to developing each player’s skills and confidence.
