Arts Northern Rivers (ANR) is calling for members who have a connection to Bundjalung, Githabul, Yaegl and Gumbaynggirr Country to help them form a First Nations committee to guide and shape their First Nations program.
‘The Committee will provide cultural and strategic guidance to ensure our work reflects community priorities, supports self-determination and strengthens First Nations arts and cultural practice across the Northern Rivers,’ say ANR.
Members will be appointed for a two-year term and will meet four times per year. Together, members will also determine the terms of reference, shaping how the committee works and how it can best support First Nations artists, collectives, arts organisations and communities across the region.
