Around 2.45pm, on Monday 13 July, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a tree lopping accident near Grafton.
A man in his 30s was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for multiple injuries before being airlifted to Lismore Base Hospital.
