Coming off the back of AIRWAVES 2025, Byron’s local radio station, BayFM is putting on an all-local show, AIRWAVES 2026, at an iconic local venue, Club Byron aka Byron Bay Bowlo on Saturday.
The music kicks off from 6.30pm with a line up starring Lismore’s experimental psychedelic rock sound, Liminal; Byron’s infectious slacker-punk Off Judy; the original Byron surf rock favourite Colbey; and a DJ set to finish off the night with BayFM’s Lainie Godiva.
There will be merch, raffles and plenty of dancing, creating a fun space to catch up with friends and check out the local music scene. If BayFM has been a part of your day, come and party at AIRWAVES 2026.
This is a ticketed event with all proceeds going towards power-proofing BayFM Community Radio, a local media outlet that has been informing, entertaining and connecting listeners to everything local for 36 years – this is a feel-good event, helping a good cause.
