Despite being a relatively fresh face on the Australian scene, Charlie Shell’s rise over the past year has been nothing short of meteoric. His single ‘Hitz 4 The Hood’, peaked at number 1 on Beatport’s UKG chart in 2025, with support from frontrunners like DJ Seinfeld, Groove Armada, and even a co-sign from John Summit.
Admired for his experimentation across genres, his sets, and releases, deliver an eclectic fusion of UKG, house and tech.
Recent touring highlights include main support for frontrunners Interplanetary Criminal, Silva Bumpa and 33 Below. Extensive radio support for his releases includes airtime on BBC Radio 1, Triple J, KISS FM and Rinse FM.
Charlie’s rare ability to pair vocal-driven anthems with heavier club sensibilities is making him a hard one to ignore in both Eora and the global scene, and his momentum is set to continue in 2026 with extensive touring and release schedules. He is particularly excited by the emerging sound of ‘AUKG’ and the thriving club scene at home right now.
Charlie Shell featuring Tori Pepper is at The Northern on Saturday, 19 September, from 8pm.
