After the death of his mother, young Brian (Elijah Tamati) seeks comfort at a run-down convent, where he forms an unlikely bond with three eccentric elderly nuns.
When their beloved home comes under threat of closure, Brian persuades the sisters to embark on an extraordinary journey across the country to find a former nun-turned-lawyer who may be their last hope.
