Byron Shire’s music community is coming together on Sunday, 20 September from 2pm at Haven, Byron Bay to raise funds for flood relief in Nepal after the devastating floods and landslides.
The event brings together representatives from across Byron Bay’s independent music community, with some of the region’s strongest promoter crews each putting forward a DJ to take part. The result is a collective lineup representing the diversity, creativity and community spirit of the local music scene.
The crews include Aruanda, BareFootBeat, Sacred Hearts, Reverie, Deepdown, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, Flo Records, Haven and Mahico.
‘All the DJs and crews are donating their time to the event, allowing as much of the money raised as possible to go towards the cause,’ said a spokesperson.
