There is currently a controlled burn taking place on Koonyum Range behind Mullumbimby.
The fire is located at Rayners Track, Koonyum Range.
Locals have sent in a photo to alert people to the fire. According to Fires Near Me the fire is classified as ‘under control’ and ‘harzard reduction’ burn that is being conducted by the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
