Stylish & well appointed Bangalow home

4 Barby Crescent, Bangalow

As you enter the property you will feel the fantastic combination of views and privacy that this home offers.

The open living/kitchen/dining with polished floorboards stretch almost the width of the entire house and open on to the large covered veranda. All with the beautiful backdrop of Bangalow and the surrounding countryside. Vaulted ceilings and large windows mean this entire area is drenched in natural light.

Turn right down the hallway to the large master bedroom with WIR, ensuite, and its own private access to the verandah.

Established tropical gardens and level yard, a rarity in properties with views like this.

Downstairs is currently a huge garage that will easily fit 3 cars and loads of storage space. To top everything off there are DA approved plans by renowned architect Jo Lawless for a substantial secondary dwelling to be built which would open onto an undercover area next to the garden and still allows for a large double garage. Perfect for generating income or visiting friends.

All of this only a short walk to the centre of charming Bangalow with markets, cafes, and restaurants.
