Fear, anger and neediness are the basis of ego and Fixation.

If your life revolves around neediness, you are emotionally fixated.

The fearful ones are living in their head, questioning, doubting, trying to figure it out.

Anger fixations live in the body angry at the world.

We all have all of them. But we’re fixated in one of them, and our ego crystallises in one of those three bodies, and then everything else revolves around that.
