POSITION VACANT:

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (P/T Perm)

Based in Byron Bay, Spanline Australia is the national head office for the Spanline Home Additions group. We require an experienced Accounts Assistant to work 30 hours a week, Mon-Fri.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable & receivable (including data entry).
  • Primary point of contact for account enquiries.
  • Bank account & credit card reconciliations.
  • Assistance with timely month end close off (including general ledger reconciliation).
  • Assisting the management team as required.

The successful applicant will have experience in all areas as above, be proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office, pay attention to detail, and be highly organised with strong communication skills.
