A word from the Brunswick Heads Chamber of Commerce

Brunswick Heads is the perfect day out for both locals and visitors. An early walk and swim in the ocean, secluded Torakina beach or the river to start off your day. Take a seat in one of our amazing cafes and enjoy a delicious breakfast catering for all tastes and diets. Wander through town to the many boutiques and eclectic gift stores, or grab a book from the library and a takeaway coffee and relax beside the river.

If you’re up for adventure the Visitor Centre has many ideas about how you can spend your day, including local tours, whale watching, fishing, walks and kayaking. At the end of the day you can enjoy a beverage in the Hotel Brunswick beer garden before taking in a show at the Brunswick Picture House.

If you want to stay longer there are many lovely accommodation options with four motels, cabins at Reflections Holiday Parks and cozy little holiday houses dotted around.
Part of the spirit of Brunswick Heads are our wonderful local events. Entries for our Simple Pleasures Photo Competition are now open and close on the 15th of September. The theme this year is ‘My Bruns’ and we look forward to receiving beautiful shots showing how people see Bruns, be it the beach, the river, our eclectic range of shops and cafes, the iconic Hotel Bruns, the fairy trail or something different. What do you love about Bruns?
