YogaSynergy

Byron Shire will be enlivened by a meeting of ancient eastern wisdom and modern medical science on 6 and 7 of September.  Temple Byron will host a workshop with Chinese Master Master Zhen Hua Yang, and physiotherapist yoga teacher Simon Borg-Olivier MScBAppSc(Physiotherapy).

Master Yang, whose family has been bodyguards of the Emperor of China for hundreds of years, is arguably one of the most powerful martial artists in the world. He can break river stones with his fingers but prefers to use his tremendous power to enhance health.

Simon Borg-Olivier, is a lecturer and research scientist who has been practising yoga for 45 years. In their workshop, which is suitable for anyone, Master Yang and Simon will teach the secrets of internal energy and how you can manifest this for health, strength and fitness in yoga, exercise and martial arts.
