REDinc.

5. REDinc.

Transitioning from school to employment can be a tricky time. For someone with a disability it can come with additional challenges. For those in Year 12 or who have recently left school (and who have a NDIS plan) they can request funding for SLES, for up to two years, to help them move into the world of work.

The team at REDinc will chat with them to identify their work goals and come up with a plan to address the areas they feel they need help with to move toward these goals. Whether this is increasing confidence, deciding what kind of work they would like to do, travel training, work experience, job skills training, communication skills or exploring a business idea, it is all done in a supportive and fun environment.

Call Libby, SLES Coordinator to find out more on 0490 543 246.
