Another COVID death in Northern Rivers

There were 291new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) in the 24-hours to 4pm 22 February. 

COVID-19 sees 42 in hospital and one death in Northern Rivers

Yesterday there was one death from COVID-19 announced to 4pm 21 February. Today there are currently 42 people in hospital and three in ICU in the Northern NSW Local Health Distric.

There are 40 COVID-19 positive patients in hospital in Northern NSW, with 4 of these in ICU.

Two deaths and four in ICU in Northern NSW

One person in their 90s and on in their 70s died in the Northern NSW Local Health District in the 24-hours to 4pm 9 February.

One death and 23 in hospital in Northern Rivers

The previous 24 hours to 4pm 8 February has seen another death in the Northern NSW Local Health District. 

Another two COVID deaths in Northern Rivers

There have been another two deaths from COVID-19 in Northern Rivers.

Three COVID deaths in Northern Rivers in previous 24 hours

There are currently 38 people in hospital with COVID-19 in the Northern NSW Health District (NNSWHD) and four people are in ICU.

With students having returned to school Tuesday, teachers and students are required to test for COVID-19 twice weekly.

27 people died in NSW and 33 remain in hospital locally

There are currently 2,622 people admitted to hospital across NSW, 170 in ICU and 72 who require ventilation and 27 people with COVID died in the 20 hours to 8pm to 4pm 1 February.
