Frustration over library closures as other businesses face opening dilemma

Tweed Shire Councillor James Owen (Liberal) has expressed frustration over the closure of Regional Tweed Library (RTL) network to the public until 1 December, particularly those in Murwillumbah, Tweed and Kingscliff.
