Justin Millington from the Central Coast showed his class to out sprint the field and take out A grade at the Byron Cycling Club’s race day last weekend.
Matt Slee made a solo break away after 15 minutes but the amount of training and racing he has been involved in caught up with him.
The rest of the field worked hard with a few attacks from some of the stronger riders as well as some cat-and-mouse tactics during the final few laps
Paul Anthony rode strongly to take the Prime and the finish in B grade, with Ash Dubbleman and Nick Ruane following.
C Grade results:
Darren Jarvis (BBCC), Jason Revell (BBCC) and Rachel Dubbleman (GC Stars) in third place.
