In February this year, Eve Sinton was admitted to Tamworth Hospital. All tests and biopsies were taken. Before announcing the diagnosis to Eve, the doctor asked ‘First Please tell me what was your occupation?’ Eve replied, ‘I am a journalist’.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for artists to transform a former factory in Lismore – The Joinery – through performance, installation and site-responsive art.

A Midsummer Night’s Queen is a vibrant reimagining of Shakespeare through an LGBTIQ+ lens – It brings together an enormously talented cast and crew combined with big hair, stratospheric wigs and gowns to die for.

Cloud Ice

Cloud Ice 9 emerged from the strange, slow-burn creative fallout of Melbourne’s long lockdowns. Formed in the barns and attic share houses where hours of tinkering on toy keyboards evolved into a fully-fledged ‘hive mind’. The result is a truly adventurous sound that has been bewildering live audiences for half a decade.

Phantom Limbz

Phantom Limbz is singer/songwriter/guitarist Liz Newman who has been playing guitar since she was nine years old – she’s inspired by artists recording at the studio she was working at in the ‘90s, she started writing her own songs, and has had over 70 works registered with APRA.

This Sunday Blues Club Session features the Lez Karski band – Karski’s long association with the blues has yielded a shed-load of classic original material. With Karski’s unique guitar and vocal style, waggish lyrics, and compelling rhythms, his brand of music is good dancing fun.
