A man has died following a two-vehicle crash near Woodburn yesterday.
About 9.10am Tuesday 20 May 2025 emergency services were called to Coraki Woodburn Road, Woodburn, following reports of a two-vehicle crash. At the scene, police were told an SUV and sedan had collided.
The driver of the sedan was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and a Westpac Rescue Helicopter doctor; however, he was unable to be revived. While yet to be formally identified, he is believed to be aged in his 80s.
The driver of the SUV, an 80-year-old man, was treated at the scene before being taken to Lismore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene was established and inquiries into the crash are underway by police attached to Richmond Police District.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
