This Friday, 8 May, Murray Cox and Professor Nicole Gurran will be discussing ‘Inside Airbnb: International evidence on short-term rentals, housing markets and regulation’ at the Mullumbimby Council Chambers from 6pm to 7pm.
Murray Cox is the founder and coordinator of Inside Airbnb. Nicole Gurran is a Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at The University of Sydney. The presentation and discussion will give the Byron Shire community a chance to hear from them about the impacts short-term rentals have on the housing market.
