
The Byron Sirens’ travelling roller derby team had mixed fortunes when they took on Queenland’s best teams in the Tropicarnage Cup tournament over the long weekend.
First up the local team was outplayed by the Paradise City All Stars losing 378–64.
They got their mojo back playing northern rivals Tweed Valley Vixens, beating them definitively 241–95.
The Tropicarnage Cup is Queensland’s major annual Roller Derby tournament.
