The gold plating in OSushi’s dishes will shine more brightly now the restaurant is a Gold Award winner in the 2016 Restaurant and Catering Australia awards.

The awards are based on merit, with anonymous judges scoring each entry on 60 criteria covering every aspect from making a reservation to the appearance of the table to the range and quality of food and drink. OSushi took out Gold in the state-level award in mid-September and has then topped all the states in the national awards.
