Jim McGarry beat John Selwood over 18 holes in the Teven Golf Club Men’s Division Stroke competition for the Monthly Medal last Saturday.

McGarry’s 48 net was enough to keep Selwood (50 net) at bay.

Ball run down:  Frank Jamieson (Net 52), Steve Blackmore (Net 53), Robert Tillman (Net 55), Roger Myles (Net 56), David Fowler (Net 57), Terry Prendergast (Net 58).

NTPs: 4th: Robert Tillman; 8th: Steve Blackmore – within a flag length; 14th:  Bill Wayte.

Putting: Rex Nixon and Geoff Colnan (27 putts each).
