A 41-year-old Casino woman was charged with reckless wounding after stabbing a man in the hand following an argument yesterday.
Police said the woman had become involved in the argument with the man, who she knew, and allegedly punched him three times in the back.
She has then gone to the kitchen and got a knife, and when the man saw this, he began to leave.
Police said as he held the screen door closed with his right hand, the woman stabbed him in the hand through the door.
Police said the injuries were not life-threatening, and they attended the address and placed the woman under arrest. She was refused bail
