Adam James and Lara Broauer from Mullum’s Punch & Daisy have now moved across town to take over the iconic Poinciana Cafe. Adam will be partnering in the kitchen with Jerome Clarke, former head chef at Byron’s Roadhouse, to create a menu that’s ‘local, fresh and simple – doing the classics really well’. Meanwhile, Punch & Daisy will be passed on to its longtime head chef.
