What is the connection between Byron Bay and the poets that many of the streets are named after?
This question is being explored in the reading of the play Wild Spirits, which dramatises the lives of Percy Shelley, Mary Shelley and Lord Byron.
It will be presented at Marvell Hall (yes, named after another poet Andrew Marvell, on Friday, October 12, at 6.30pm.
With music, wine, and discussion, the night will be an entertaining fundraiser for the hall to help with renovations and fit-out for local productions.
