Limited release locally distilled

Lord Byron Distillery is located right in Byron Bay and have an excellent range of spirits available to try and to buy, right in the Byron Arts and Industry Estate. They are now releasing their fourth barrel of Pure Single Rum as a collectable numbered bottle release. There are only 100 bottles available online, with a limit of two bottles per person.

This rum is from 2018 cane harvest molasses that has been firstly aged in a 260 litre, refired red wine cask and then, for 6 months, in an ex-port barrel. Bottled in 2021 at cask strength as a numbered release, the beautiful caramel, chocolate, liquorice and raisin flavours marries well with the port finish to perfectly compliment the cleanliness of the double distilled spirit.

Support The Echo

Keeping the community together and the community voice loud and clear is what The Echo is about. More than ever we need your help to keep this voice alive and thriving in the community.

Like all businesses we are struggling to keep food on the table of all our local and hard working journalists, artists, sales, delivery and drudges who keep the news coming out to you both in the newspaper and online. If you can spare a few dollars a week – or maybe more – we would appreciate all the support you are able to give to keep the voice of independent, local journalism alive.
