There is an element of incompetence in all of us: we all commit minor stuff-ups occasionally, although rarely if ever with the simplest of tasks.
Our (hopefully tentative) leaders Morrison and Perrottet have, nevertheless, achieved new benchmarks in incompetence. This blundering, inadequate duo has managed to sabotage virtually every task they have attempted, even the most mundane. Furthermore, they have achieved their stuff-ups on a grand scale.
This duo’s competence at incompetence has caused me to ponder: what is their secret, why are they so inept? Well, I think I have the answer: it is their shared hero, God. Morrison and Perrottet both worship the ultimate incompetent, the man/woman/thing that invented cancer, leprosy, racism, COVID, murder, hunger, etc – the list goes on – but forgot to provide any cures. He/she/it does not appeal as the ideal role model.
