
Northern Rivers Pickleball Club are holding a marathon day of pickleball on Sunday, 19 July at the Goonellabah Tennis and Pickleball Club on Reserve Street, Goonellabah.
Beginners are welcome and paddles are available to borrow.
Organisers say the event will involve eight hours of pickleball fun played across the day, all raising funds for the local refugee support group Northern Rivers for Refugees.
There are four sessions of play, starting at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm. There will also be a BBQ and raffle to help raise extra funds. Cost is $20 per session.
