Police say information from the public led them to two arrests in Murwillumbah last week.
Officers say they had arrest warrants for two men, one aged 34, the other 20.
The 34-year-old was wanted for stealing a motor vehicle, while the 20-year-old had two arrest warrants for goods in custody suspected of being stolen, police pursuits, domestic violence offences, driving and using unauthorised number plate offences.
They were wanted for offences carried out in Murwillumbah and surrounding areas and police say information from the public reportedly led them to a business on Tweed Valley Way, Murwillumbah, last Wednesday, 19 February.
Officers say the two men ran and there was a police chase on foot before they were caught, found to be carrying illicit drugs and arrested.
They were due to to appear at Murwillumbah Local Court last Friday.
Police have thanked the public for their help.
