Zakay Glass Creations’ Asaf and Samaya have made the difficult, yet exciting, decision to close their Byron industrial estate gallery and relocate to the potent space where it all began: a homely, sweeping property in Burringbar.
‘It is a sad and exciting experience and time of transformation,’ says Samaya.
‘Without the Byron Arts Trail initiated in 2008 and the support of the local community, we wouldn’t have got to where we are today.’
