An extraordinary meeting of Ballina Council has been called for 4pm Tuesday afternoon to consider the rescission motion moved by myself, Jeff Johnson and Ken Johnson.
I support the unanimous decision of the May Ballina Council meeting to request RMS to review the route options in light of the Ballina Koala Study.
While I was happy to rule out the route through the middle of Wardell, the motion passed yesterday effectively rules out any option other than the current preferred route.
