A 61-year-old Burringbar woman had to be choppered to hospital after being trampled by a cow on Saturday (March 5).
It is the second instance of cow-attack in the area in just a few days after a Pumpenbill man was similarly injured on Tuesday.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter attended the scene, and paramedics stabilised the woman before airlifting her to Gold Coast University Hospital with suspected spinal injuries.
