A woman has been taken to hospital after sustaining back injuries in an accident at a swimming pool in South Ballina.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said they were called 0ut at around 10.50am to a property in South Ballina Beach Road.
The woman in her 50s was treated at the scene by ambulance paramedics and transported by road ambulance to Ballina Hospital with back pain.
The spokesperson said it was not clear how the injury was caused.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was also called to the scene but later stood down.
