Our region’s strong reputation for producing quality and unique food is supported by Northern Rivers Food, who regularly host events highlighting aspects of the industry. Last week Kat Harvey, chef and apprentice cheesemaker with Nimbin Valley Dairy, demonstrated the fundamentals of cheesemaking, followed by an expert presentation from Lynne Tietzel on handpicked raw and rare Australian benchmark cheeses.
