Shame, NSW Government. It’s bad enough that the government locks up refugees; now a juvenile justice inmate is suing the government for alleged abuse.

At the time, the inmate was 16 and was put in solitary confinement for 22 days in a month. During recreation they were handcuffed. 

Is this 1818 and not 2018? What sort of society have we become? I’d say inhuman.

I thought the heartless Howard years were bad but this… the inmate just happens to be Indigenous, to rub the salt in.
