I could not agree more with Wally Hueneke’s comments last week about turning the car park into a proper park for all to use. How wonderful it is to be able to walk along here, enjoy the magnificent vista, and not to have to dodge van doors that lift up at just the right height to crack your skull open, or van campers setting up chairs and completely blocking the narrow path.

If the majority can’t be closed, at least block off the parking bays facing the sea, creating a wider, safer walkway.
