Entertaining as it is to learn we have a brace of Saggas, a lone Goat, a mix ‘n match Gemini twin set, an unexpected Virgo – a backyard zoo running for mayor – I’m disappointed there’s not a Sceptacarius among the lot of ‘em.

Support The Echo

Keeping the community together and the community voice loud and clear is what The Echo is about. More than ever we need your help to keep this voice alive and thriving in the community.

Like all businesses we are struggling to keep food on the table of all our local and hard working journalists, artists, sales, delivery and drudges who keep the news coming out to you both in the newspaper and online. 1. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T PREFEEENCE PUGH
In the last Council Labor Councilors Spooner and Hackett voted with the Right wing National Party’s Hunter. They voted pro-development and anti-environment. Pugh will only answer to the Sydney Labor Party and not to the voters of the Shire. Pugh will get more first preferences in the Mayoral race passing Lyon and Swivel but needs their preferences to win Mayor. If you don’t want Labor leave Pugh out of your preferences.
