Resilience NSW should place the pods/caravans at the properties of those affected. I’d rather be in a pod on my own drive/garden than moved to a place where I’m not wanted.

Or if someone with land is generous enough to allow pods in there yard for those who were renting and doesn’t own land, or in fact build pods from shipping containers, without have to use a piece of land they own on the other side of the border where the regional councils are happy to allow short term emergency projects, in fact they have an application form for it, as long as it’s for a fixed time, you have insurance, and you get rid of everything afterwards.
But this is NSW, so, no.
