
On Friday November 8 you can join in watching the movie Wonka for free as you sit under the stars and partake of an adventure to a world of pure imagination at Hepburn Park, Goonellabah. Live entertainment starts from 5.30pm, with the film to commence at sundown.
Featuring the new sugary, sweet film, Wonka (PG, 2023), there will be no need for a golden ticket as this family-friendly event will be free to attend.
The event is being put on by Newcastle Permanent, customer-owned organisation, and the free community event will make ten stops throughout regional NSW.
‘It is wonderful to see our community come together each year for Cinema Under the Stars, which has become an event loved by so many in Lismore,’ said Newcastle Permanent Regional Manager, Adam Power.
‘This year’s event will be jam-packed with fun activities, roving acts, tasty food, free popcorn and live music to enjoy.
‘Cinema Under the Stars is for all ages, with plenty of activities for the little ones before the movie starts at sundown, which is sure to have you singing along to the soundtrack with its perfect mix of new hits. as well as the classics that we all know and love.
