Come and enjoy the show of art and music at Wyrallah Road Public School, East Lismore on November 20 and see what amazing work the students have created.
‘Every child will have an artwork on display and there are multiple class collaborations that will be up for auction on the evening,’ Vicky Fitzsimmons from the P&C told The Echo.
‘As Arts Degrees are cut at Southern Cross University at this very grassroots level art is blossoming. We have an evening of art, digital art, and music. Also attending and performing at the event is The Rays Lismore High (The Rivers) band. Art and music is still very much alive.’
The art event is a fundraiser for the school and is a gold coin donation for entry. Running from 4 to 7pm there will be pizza, raffles, and coffee on offer at 152 Nielson St, East Lismore.
For four decades The Echo has printed the stories some people loved, some people hated, and some pretended not to read. If you want us to keep telling the truth, the real truth, not the sugar-coated version. We’ll need your support to keep the presses rolling.
