UPDATE 8.30am: All thirteen Australian Defence Force personnel injured in a truck crash near Lismore on an ex-Cyclone Alfred mission are reportedly recovering well.
Defence Minister Richard Marles says all but one has been released from hospital, with the remaining ADF member in a stable condition and expected to be released soon.
EARLIER: A dozen Australian Defence Force personnel were still in Lismore Base Hospital Sunday evening after two defence trucks reportedly rolled over in Tregeagle in the Lismore local government area on Saturday.
More than 30 ADF members were on board on a mission to help people at risk owing to impacts of ex-Cyclone Alfred, since downgraded to an East Tropical Low.
The passengers were initially taken to hospital with authorities reporting two in serious condition as of Sunday night.
