Byron Shire Council have said they are currently waiting on Landcom to respond to their Request for Further Information (RFI) on the contentious development application (DA) for the carpark at 57 Station Street, Mullumbimby.
‘Once a response has been received and staff confirm it’s adequate, DA renotification will begin in line with Council’s Community Participation Plan,’ a Byron Shire Council spokesperson told The Echo.
‘The DA tracker will also be updated. No date for DA determination has been set by the Northern Regional Planning Panel (NRPP),’ they said.
