An Apprehended Violence Order application against Mullumbimby man Jai Oden-Jenkins is to be heard in Byron Bay Local Court today.

Jai Oden-Jenkins is named in an AVO application from police on behalf of a protected person listed with the initials G.C.

He was not present in the Lismore Local Court when the matter was first mentioned on Wednesday 11 February.

The court heard he would be excused from attending the matter’s next mention in the Byron Bay Local Court on Monday 16 February if he had legal representation.
