Dear Mr Hemsworth,
Your films are amongst my favourites, particularly Thor given its reference to my world-renowned weather-making skills.
However, I was extremely dismayed to hear of your plans to demolish that beautiful Broken Head home of yours. As a celebrity, I believe you have an added responsibility for your actions – your fans are watching your every move. The energy required to both demolish and rebuild such a home is enormous.
You may have heard that human activity is affecting my natural climate processes, threatening the future of your species, including your children. Even my No. 1 advocate, Pope Francis, has declared that an act against my environment is equal, in God’s eyes, to an act against a fellow human. Therefore, may I respectfully suggest that you set a good example, rethink this decision and instead purchase vacant land on which to build your dream home, leaving the existing magnificent buildings intact for others to enjoy.
